Customer Photographs 

Photographs provided by the customer will be used only as reasonably necessary to prepare and fulfil the customer’s order.

My Pirate Shop will not use a customer’s photograph in product photography, on our website, on social media, in advertising or for any other promotional purpose unless we have first obtained the customer’s written consent.
